Hi, I'm looking to sublet my room in a 3 bed, 2 bath Logan Circle home from early-mid August to December. Due to Covid I will be moving out of town temporarily and am looking for someone to take up my room in the interim.I live with two other progressive working women in their 20s. Our home is located right on Logan Circle just steps away from 14th Street which has a ton of amazing restaurants. We have a Whole Foods, Giant and Trader Joes just a few blocks away as well. The neighborhood is extremely safe and walkable. Downtown DC is very close as well, just a short walk away.The room itself is very spacious. I would be leaving my furniture so it would be fully furnished already with a queen sized bed. We also have a furnished living area. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. We like to keep all shared areas extremely clean and tidy and everyone is super respectful of each other's personal spaces. We have central ac/heat as well as an in unit washer-dryer.I'm looking for someone to move in around Aug 10-15th ideally but the date can be negotiated. Rent is $1060 per month and utilities are split 3-way and usually come to about $70-80 per month. It's really a steal given the prime location.
