The flat is quite nice with 2 spacious- separate entrance bedrooms, a small living room, a large kitchen and a bathroom. It is on the third floor so we have terrace to ourselves. Completely independent setting and landlords are v. decent too. The rent is 9500/month including water but, excluding electricity charges (as per separate sub-meter). All actuals are to be shared between me and the prospective flatmate. Besides, I have an Airtel broadband connection whose cost we can share as well. The kitchen is pretty setup, with most utensils etc along with gas connection and stove... again, we can share the costs, and perhaps hire a cook together. I would prefer sharing with a female who is cool with a smoke free place, abstains from drinking too much, vegetarian and doesn''t have excessive hang-ups. As for me, I am working in the not for profit sector and the work entails no fixed working hours/days and demands lot of traveling within in the country. I neither smoke nor drink. I love music, theatre, reading and prefer being with friends if free. I''m keen on sharing with a person who is non-intrusive and independent.
