Hey guys, I'm a second year grad student student interested in finding a roommate to go half on a place in Silver Spring, MD. My current roommate is moving out of state. I'd really like to continue staying at my current place. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony located in Silver Spring. The building has indoor parking, a swimming pool and a gym.
